What you'll be asked

Twenty-four statements about how things actually work in your family enterprise — how decisions get made, how ownership and planning fit together, how the family talks about what's ahead. You'll answer each one on a simple agree-or-disagree scale, based on what feels most true from where you sit today.
It takes about seven minutes. Your answers are private. You'll see your results the moment you finish, and the full report comes by email.
THE THREE AREAS
What the Snapshot covers
Leadership & Business Resilience
Assess how well your business can grow beyond key individuals and if your leadership, decision-making, and accountability are keeping pace with complexity.
Ownership & Wealth Coordination
Explore how clearly ownership, planning, advisory decisions, family expectations, and long-term wealth considerations are working together to support continuity.
Family Alignment & Long-Term Continuity
Examine trust, communication, generational alignment, and governance to ensure the family stays intentional and cohesive as complexity increases.
Take it alone first. Then compare.
Most people take the Snapshot on their own, and that's the right way to start — it's your view of the enterprise, answered honestly, without anyone looking over your shoulder.
But the Snapshot gets genuinely interesting when someone else who shares this with you takes it too. A spouse. A son or daughter in the business. A co-owner. You each answer the same twenty-four questions, separately, and then you compare — not the scores, the answers. Where two of you read the same statement and answer it differently, you've usually found the conversation that's been waiting.
